The Area
The extent of green areas (grass field) afforestation, flowers and pool at the south of the house, becomes a sunny environment, joyful and especially quiet. You'll hear the twittering of birds, watch of fishes in a small lake and some turtles.
It is a mixture of nature, water, sky and life!
Guests Acess
The entry to your room will be private through the porch.
The guests will have access to the private parking, gardens, pool, porches including chairs and table, where you can eat your meals enjoying the view.
There is a small fridge in each room.
In addiction, you are able to use the barbecue, where you'll find a stove and a sink to cook your light meals.

Neighborhood
It is very quiet, located near the sea, some restaurants and take away 7 minutes walking distance.
The Azorean Vulcanology Center is about 7 minutes walking distance, and we also have a great avenue nearby to enjoy a walk after dinner. A new area where technology is evident.
About 7 minutes drive from house, it is Santa Bárbara beach, where you can surf and have a good time with great waves.
Public Transportation
There are public buses every 30 minutes to the city center: Lagoa e Ponta Delgada.
About 5 minutes drive from home you'll find taxis.
